Selecting an exact color is not required, but it helps us provide the most accurate estimate of your item's trade-in value.

Confirm eligibility

We are only able to offer payout for pre-owned items that meets our quality standards. We are unable to issue a credit for items with any of the following issues:

Heavy or excessive wear (@modal)

Heavy & Excessive Wear

Below are some examples of heavy wear on an item that we will not be able to offer a credit for.

Heavy discoloration

Excessive Scratches - Apparel

Heavy Scratches - Hardware

Heavy Unthreading
Excessive pet hair
Missing essential components (i.e., detachable hood, rain covers, backpack straps, etc.)

I confirm that none of the issues above applies to my item.

One or more of the issues above applies to my item, but I still want to send it in to be recycled to its next best use. I understand that I will not receive any credit for this item.
