Can I trade-in any type of Cotopaxi product?
Almost, but not everything. Accessories like hats, gloves, mitts, scarves, and face masks are not eligible.
Can I trade-in items I purchased on Cotopaxi Más Vida?
Yes, absolutely! If you're no longer using the item you purchased at Cotopaxi Más Vida, and it still meets our trade-in standards, we’ll gladly buy it back.
What condition do the items need to be in before I trade them in?
We only accept items that are in good condition and perfectly functional. Please inspect your items for damage, debris, discoloration, or belongings in pockets. Please make sure to clean every item before trading it in.
