How will my payment be processed?

When your order is placed, we put a temporary authorization hold for the full order amount on your card. Once your order ships, we will hard-post the charge and the temporary authorization will drop off within a day or two, depending on your bank. The charge on your statement will show up as a charge from Cotopaxi Más Vida.


Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?

Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing your order online. After 60 minutes, your order will begin processing through our fulfillment center and cannot be cancelled.

How do I return my Cotopaxi Más Vida items?

We hope you love your Cotopaxi Más Vida purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 60 days of purchase. Returns for Cotopaxi Más Vida merchandise are not accepted in our stores at this time. To get started, please click the "Start a Return" button to the left.


How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed immediately and can only be issued to the original method of payment. It may take your bank up to 7 business days to credit the refund to your account. If all or part of your order was placed using a Cotopaxi/Cotopaxi Más Vida gift card, a new e-gift card will be issued to the email address associated with the order.
